A.  The Introductory Course:
This is a ten-hour introductory course in Handwriting Analysis. It is divided into five, two hour sessions and provides a solid introduction for gaining insights into the emotions, thinking, potential for achievement, sociability, and integrity.

This course will help you to:
      •  Identify over 80 aspects of personality
      •  Determine compatible relationships
      •  Match people to jobs
      •  Plan careers
      •  Identify aptitudes
      •  And a great deal more

This course will be useful to:
Teachers, parents, managers, recruiters, career planners, psychologists, social workers, law enforcement officers, buyers, sellers, negotiators, and anyone who can benefit by increasing their understanding of human personality.

Planned courses for 2012: 
This year I will be busy with other things and plan no courses for 2012. However, if a group of at least six, were to come forward and expresses an interest, I would be pleased to work with that group to determine a mutually agreeable schedule and deliver a course. Otherwise, I highly recommend that individuals interested in taking a course similar to mine, contact Mary Ann Matthews. Mary Ann is an outstanding teacher who brings a great deal of wisdom, experience and humour to most of what she does, and her courses are very informative and a pleasure to attend. B. The Instructor Package:

This package is comprised of  two parts. One is a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation of 150 slides and the other is a folder of nine documents that can be used as handouts or printed as overhead transparencies. As well, each of the PowerPoint slides can also be printed as an overhead transparency or used as a handout.
 
Among other things, the PowerPoint presentation covers:

• An introduction, including some frequently asked questions.
• An explanation of Slant, depth, and thinking styles.
• 65 different traits, each with a definition, an explanation of how it is found in the writing, and an illustration

The folder of handouts includes:

• A course outline
• Three different worksheets
• Five quizzes
• Answers to the five quizzes
• A slant gauge template for eight gauges, which can be printed on a transparency
• Three samples of writing which can be used for an exercise in slant measurement
• One cursive sample which is used throughout the course

C.  Practice sessions:

These sessions are for those who have completed the Introductory course. They are designed to reinforce the lessons of the introductory course, to explore some of the many practical applications of handwriting analysis and to keep participants' skills well honed.

This program involves five sessions of two hours each in which participants, working as a group, under the guidance of a facilitator, pursue a variety of applications. Exercises examine personnel selection, compatibility, emotional intelligence, potential for achievement, sociability, integrity, as well as other areas that participants may wish to pursue.

These courses are arranged whenever there is sufficient interest.

This course is usually held at 7 Ashdown Crescent, Richmond Hill, Ontario
7:00 p.m. to approximately 9:00 p.m.
Maximum of ten participants per course
